QBuild is establishing a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for hazardous substance identification and advisory services across Queensland. This SOA will cover assessing, identifying, monitoring, and advising on the safe management and/or rectification of physical, chemical, biological, and environmental hazards. The arrangement is set to run until 30 June 2026.
